Siding
The appearance and exterior value of your home depends on siding, which includes style, color and the quality of material.
The following are all of the types of siding materials that Capstone carries:
- James Hardie: One-siding-fits-all days are in the past. For the first
time you can have the ideal home exterior for your local California
climate. In addition to its beauty and durability, James Hardie is also
considered 'Green and Sustainable' by industry professionals.
- Vinyl- Made from PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastic, it is less expensive than most other siding materials.
It is extremely low-maintenance and it will not rot or flake. In addition,
it maintains its color without the necessity to paint.
- Fiber Cement- Can appear as wood, stucco, or masonry. When real wood exceeds your budget,
fiber cement is the strong and aesthetically pleasing alternative. It is fireproof, termite-proof,
and can obtain a warranty up to 50 years.
- Engineered Wood- Made with wood products and other
materials, it usually comes in panels that may be molded to create a look similar to traditional clapboards.
The appearance is more natural than vinyl and aluminum.
