My wife and I became first-time homeowners a year and a half ago. We found a 4 bedroom, atrium Eichler in the perfect location, that was a little bit of a fixer-upper.

After taking care of the immediate needs, we decided to look into painting the exterior, which looked like it hadn't been touched in about 15 years. Since Eicher homes are somewhat rare and eloquent homes, we wanted to make sure we chose the proper exterior finish, to enhance not only the value of the home, but it's image in the neighborhood.

After a couple of weeks of in depth research, we settled on Cool Wall for a couple of reasons. First, the long term value can't be beat. I didn't want to go through the process of having to paint and repaint every 5 years. Second, I found that Cool Wall was offered by Costco. This was very telling to me, as we have a lot of faith in Costco, the products they offer, the vetting process they use for vendors providing services, etc.

Once we decided to look into the Cool Wall solution, we met with Capstone Coatings and Windows. Daniel was our sales rep and was both very knowledgeable about the Cool Wall product, as well as concerned about our needs and what we wanted. He wasn't trying to sell me something, rather he was trying to determine if the Cool Wall product would fit our needs and desires.

Making the decision to go with Capstone was a great decision, too. Terrence, the project manager, worked with me to find the appropriate time to do the job. The team he sent up to do the work, led by Ronald, was very professional. They were very detailed oriented, took the time to do things properly the first time, accommodated the changes that we decided to make on the fly, double-checked everything they did for quality control, and they cleaned up after their work was done.

The whole experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend Cool Wall as a product, Costco as the agent, and Capstone as the contractor to do the job. My wife and I are very happy with our new home, even more so now that it's gone from the eye sore of the street, to one of the best looking homes on the block.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!. Our house looks wonderful now. Iam so happy with the color choice - you were so helpful with that. Your suggestions on the gazebo worked out great - now roof, new side paneling.....wow! The windows and sliding glass door make a huge difference. Not only do they look amazing but they seem to keep the rooms warmer too. And a special thank you for Gilbert's air conditioner.......he's the most excited about that. The way Alfredo installed it makes it look like it was always part of that room. Great job!

 
Gilbert and I are both thrilled with the whole project. The crew you sent was wonderful. Theywere nice, polite, considerate and very professional. To me it was a pretty big project and I felt it went without a hitch. Alfredo was invaluable - he made everything "right". All those oddities that cropped up - he found a way to make it all work. We had complete trust and confidence in him.

Capstone did an outstanding job of treating our home with the TexCote Cool Wall product. We are very happy with the results. Capstone workers were on time and worked on our home as they might work on their own. They exceeded our expectations, frequently anticipating our questions and recommending solutions that led to the best possible result.

Our house required a lot of preparation - powerwashing, wood replacement, sanding. Each days work started with extensive protection of the grounds and masking of windows. Each days work ended with fastidious cleanup of all materials. If I hadn't seen them working I wouldn't have known they had been there at all. They left the grounds spotless and none of our plants were damaged.

So often with this type of work homeowners deal with spray painted plants and windows covered witha fine mist of paint. Capstone's great attention to preparation and cleanup prevented this outcome. More time was invested in prep and site cleanup than the actual application of the product.

We couldn't be happier with the outcome and especially the process. Capstone did an outstanding job and it's workers are to be commended for their hard work, attention to detail, and ability to deal withthe complications inherit in any home remodel. We would recommend Capstone to anyone considering this product.

I am so happy with the painting of my house! I became interested in the Coolwall paint after reading about it online. The lifetime guarantee totally sold me. My house was 16 years old when I had the painting done and I figured that if I had it painted just once in 30 years then it was worth doing. There is a depth, a richness of color that you don’t get with standard latex paint. My neighbors are SO jealous. I have to say that the painting crew was outstanding. They were so professional and concerned about my pets and my belongings. Everything was wrapped in plastic prior to painting – even the cars! We consulted on colors and no one could have imagined what would have really worked until the color was on the house.
