How TEX•COTE COOLWALL® Keeps Your Home Cooler:

1) COOLWALL® IR reflective technology was developed to reduce the “visibility” of tanks and jets to weapon systems by reflecting heat away.

2) Heat reflected away does not even have a chance to heat the surface of your home.

3) Reflected heat also has no chance of damaging the COOLWALL® color or acrylic-based resin.

4) Therefore, you save up to 21.9% on your cooling costs, NOT including savings from reduced air conditioning maintenance and replacement costs.

What You Need To Know Before Choosing a TEXCOTE COOLWALL® Or Painting Contractor

Many homes built before 1978 homes use lead-based paint, which improperly removed has dangerous effects on your health, especially children.

Property managers and contractors are liable for up to $37,000 in civil and criminal fines for not removing lead paint correctly. That's up to $75,000 per occurrence!

Since April 22, 2010 the United States Environmental Protection Agency requires all contractors who remove six or more square-feet of paint be EPA certified.

Capstone Coatings & Windows is EPA certified to remove lead paint, and is TEX•COTE certified to apply COOLWALL®.

The California law addressing Volatile Organic Compounds passed in 2008 prohibits the use of oil-based paints. This forces the use of water-based paints that only last for 3-5 years before you need to apply a fresh coat! This costs you time, and money.

All TEX•COTE products fully comply with Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) laws at the state and federal level, as well as GS11 Green Seal requirements.
